Timelines

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays).
  • Personalized, made-to-order, or bulk orders may require additional production time; ETAs will be shown on the product page or shared by our team.
  • We’ll email/SMS you once your order is dispatched with a tracking link.
Note: Orders placed after 2 PM IST may be processed on the next business day.
India

Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Delivery: Metros 3–6 business days; Other locations 4–9 business days after dispatch.
  • Express Options: Available for select pincodes at checkout (charges apply).
  • Carriers: We partner with reputed national couriers for safe & timely delivery.
Worldwide

International Shipping

  • Selected products are available for international delivery. Please chat with us with your country and item details for a quote.
  • Duties/Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and fees (if applicable) are borne by the recipient per destination regulations.
  • Timelines vary by destination and customs processing. We will share an indicative ETA at the time of order.

Payment

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on select pincodes and order values. Eligibility is shown at checkout.
  • COD may include a small convenience fee. Please ensure active phone availability for courier verification.
Status

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
  • Tracking scans can take up to 24–48 hours to reflect. If there’s no update beyond this, contact us and we’ll investigate.
Address & Attempts

Delivery Attempts & Address Changes

  • Couriers usually make up to two attempts. If undelivered, parcels may be returned to origin.
  • Address changes are possible before dispatch. Post-dispatch edits depend on courier capability and may not be guaranteed.
  • Please provide complete address and an active phone number to avoid delays.
Coverage

Non-Serviceable Pincodes

  • If a pincode is currently non-serviceable, we’ll reach out with alternatives (self-pickup, different address, or cancellation with full refund).
Issues

Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

  • Please record an unboxing video and photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will resolve promptly with replacement, repair, or refund as per assessment and policy.
Exceptions

Delays & Force Majeure

  • Weather, strikes, operational backlogs, or unforeseen events can impact timelines. We’ll keep you informed and coordinate alternatives where possible.
Care

Packaging & Sustainability

  • Products are carefully packed to protect fibres and finishes, using recyclable materials wherever possible.
  • Multiple items in one order may ship together or in separate parcels depending on availability and size.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order

  • Lead times vary by weave, size, and customization. Indicative dates are shared on product pages or over email/WhatsApp.
Gifting

Gifts & Special Instructions

  • Add gift notes at checkout. For discreet delivery (no pricing paperwork in box), mention in the order note.
  • Date-specific delivery is attempted on best-effort basis with courier constraints.
Ownership

Risk of Loss

  • Risk passes to you on delivery to the address provided. If a parcel is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 48 hours for a trace inquiry.
